What do we REALLY want?
Sometimes (often) it would seem that we want the exact opposite of the way we have been living. Like the elderly woman who lived through conflict, always arguing being contentious and rude, but who desired, deep down, to get close to others, to be loved, cherished and feel a sense of belonging. So, before it's too late and before we fill the world with negativity, find out what your own deep desires are and ACT on them! How?
Join my monthly Yasodhara Yoga class, or attend a Yasodhara yoga workshop. It is a gentle, intuitive way to discover your own real feelings, thoughts, dreams and put them into action.

or go to the source of these teachings at Yasodhara Ashram, in British Columbia, Canada: a beautiful setting, with an amazing new temple and life changing courses and workshops... plus the opportunity to undertake karma yoga (selfless service).
