The Wisdom of Trees Workshop


Sunday 26th April 2020, the Year of the Tree
  •        Connect with the healing  wisdom of your chosen tree
  •      Receive guidance for your life
  •        Obtain your tree ‘medicine
  •         Make and use a Prayer stick
  •        Take part in a tree meditation


Jacqueline Summer has developed tree wisdom over the last ten years, as a means of receiving healing, guidance and inspiration. She has also taken nature courses with TreeSisters http://www.treesisters.org/ , worked with the symbolic language and inherent wisdom of Tree pose for an extended period during yoga training http://www.yasodhara.org/, followed the life of an elder tree through one year, making art, film and writing poetry as a result. Jacqueline healed herself, following a bicycle accident, through her connection with trees. She is a yoga and meditation teacher, art teacher and artist.

Venue: Chartham Hatch Village Hall, Nr Canterbury CT4 7ND. There is an ancient orchard (No Man's Orchard) and woodlands close by where we will undertake part of the workshop.
Bring Lunch. Drinks provided.
Bring notebook & pen. Wear comfortable, warm clothes and walking shoes.
